It’s hard to put it into words, but this is a great coffee! I tried it hot, iced & with condensed milk…all were wonderful. But if I am to be honest, it’s almost a disservice to the coffee to add anything to it. I think it is best experienced black to truly taste the greatness of this coffee! I know coffee people will say coffee in a pod is ehhh…that might be true with most coffee pods, but not K’wa coffee pods! Yes, they are a little more expensive than your usual Nespresso coffee pod, but once you taste it you’ll feel it’s worth it. (Unless you like to taint your coffee with a bunch of cream, surfer, etc…then you might not notice much difference).

Why Nespresso Original capsules?

Because they’re the most consistent, hassle-free way to brew great coffee at home.
If you care about flavor but want the convenience of a capsule machine, Nespresso Original Line is still the gold standard and K’WA brings you coffee worth putting in it.

How often do you release drops?

We drop when we find the right coffee and the right story, not on a fixed schedule. Join the list to be first to know when a new drop is brewing.

What does "specialty coffee" means?

Specialty coffee is scored 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale by certified graders. In practice, it means coffee that’s carefully cultivated, harvested at peak ripeness, and processed with precision.

For K'WA, specialty means clarity, complexity, and the kind of character you can only taste when every detail is dialed in.

Is specialty coffee worth the higher price?

Yes. Specialty pricing reflects the investment at origin. Hand-picking cherries, extended fermentations, and careful drying all require time and labor. Paying more means better quality in the cup and better wages for producers. It’s about excellence and fairness throughout the supply chain.

What if I don’t like the coffee?

Totally fair question.

If it’s your first time trying K’WA and it’s not for you, just reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

Are your capsules recyclable or compostable?

We work exclusively with high-end recyclable aluminum capsules that guarantee perfect extraction and flavors, every time.

How can I stay up to date on drops?

How does shipping work?

We ship across the US via USPS, FedEx or UPS.
Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.

We don't offer international shipping yet. We’re currently focused on building K’WA in the US.

What's K'WA return policy?

Because coffee is a fresh food product, we don’t accept physical returns.

But if something went wrong with your order (damaged, incorrect, etc.), we’ll fix it immediately and make it right, whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or a refund.
